Application for a non-material amendment of planning permission 19/00614/FUL, including Garden Access - The addition of a deck for access from the lift lobby into the garden, along with the addition of a door to the outside in the bar/kitchen; Ventilation - The additional of ventilation grill panels where required; Landscape - Changes to the boundary treatments and landscape layout in line with the Landscape Strategy; PV - The required amount of PV panels proposed on the roof of the main building; Plant Access - The additional door to the elevation facing the car park at lower ground, along with a ramped and guarded escape from stair A to the car park.
