Monkey Puzzle tree in back garden of 25 The Avenue, ST5 0ND requires pruning to stand clear of neighbouring garage roofs and guttering. Tree is growing in a right angle where two neighbours' garages meet, branches are leaning on slates and into guttering. Recently noticed crack in garden wall and saw guttering above broken, leading to water leaking and cracks appearing in the wall. Contacted neighbour who wants the tree trimming to be clear of her garage roof. As the tree encroaches on another neighbour's garage roof, the work will need to ensure the tree is clear of both garages. Any work requires council approval. Only recently noticed damage after placing decorative chairs in the area.

Small leaning Silver Birch to South of building, as shown on sketch plan. Permission is requested to fell this tree, as it is now encroaching on the neighbour's roof, and will only get worse as it is leaning due to the influence of the adjacent two Silver Birches.
