Majority of canopy extending over garden lawn area of the Silverhill property requesting permission to shorten a number of secondary branches by approximately 1.5m to maintain size of tree in relation to garden and to maintain levels of light to lawn and border areas below. Section of canopy to be worked on is only visable from the rear of Silverhill property and as such how low amenity value.
