Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings and Documents) - elevational changes and relocate the substation externally from the building, attached to planning permission 16/00593/FUL dated 7th July 2017 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing building and structures; erection of a hotel (Use Class C1) over seven storeys plus plant level, comprising of 184 rooms, including front and back of house areas, associated food, drink and fitness facilities; car parking and servicing facilities and alterations to the public highway and landscaping".
