Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (approved drawings and documents) to allow for an amended scheme following design development, attached to planning permission 21/01628/LA3 dated 18th March 2022 which granted full planning permission for: "Construction of a part four, part twelve storey block of flats fronting Church Street with a row of three storey townhouses and a four storey corner block fronting John Street to provide 70 residential units (Use Class C3), comprising of a tenure of: twenty no. 1-bed units, fifteen no. 2-bed units and 28 no. 3-bed units at London Affordable Rent; three no. 1-bed, three no.2-bed and one no. 3-bed wheelchair accessible M4(3) units at London Affordable Rent; with a central open space and associated landscaping, boundary treatments, three on-site disabled parking spaces and 129 cycle spaces".

Application for a lawful development certificate for the proposed addition of 1no. wall-mounted air-intake louvre; 1no. roof-mounted air-exhaust roof cowl; and 4no. new condenser units at second floor level (within a courtyard that is not visible from the site boundary) of Block 17 of Newham University Hospital. These items are being installed to upgrade the ventilation of two rooms at first floor level within the Hospital's Endoscopy Department.
