Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/02571/VAR dated 27 January 2022, comprising changes to the wording of Conditions 11 (External Surfaces), 12 (External Noise Survey and Mitigation), 13 (Plant Noise), 14 (Bin/Cycle/Plant Room Door), 15 (Boundary Treatment), 23 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) and 27 (Detailed Design) in order to change the timings for the details to be discharged and to provide clarity on the details required.

Details pursuant to Conditions 8 (Boundary Treatment), 9 (Hard Landscaping), 10 (Soft Landscaping) and 11 (Cycle Parking) attached to planning permission ref. 20/02130/LA3 dated 31 March 2021.
