The erection of an extension to an existing school building to provide new kitchen facilities including relocation of the flue at roof level, WC's and lobby entrance, refurbishment of existing accommodation to provide a new staff room and WC's and part-demolition of an existing external covered walkway, light remodelling and refurbishment to existing PPA room and staff kitchens.

Remodelling of the existing six building terrace including erection of 3 storey rear extensions, and extensions at roof level to create an additional storey to provide 6no. additional residential units with retention of the existing house at no. 211 Hermit Rd. Various associated alterations including landscaping works and provision of cycle and refuse storage facilities at no. 191 - 211 Hermit Road.

Erection of two storey rear and side extensions, roof extension, remodelling of 3No. existing flats, formation of 5.No additional self-contained flats (5 x studios), and partial demolition and remodelling of existing ground floor retail units to provide shared outdoor amenity space, bins and cycle storage.

Erection of a two to three storey extension, internal and external remodelling of existing buildings and associated works to external and internal areas including the permanent retention of the bulge classroom block on the east of the site, to accommodate an increase of 150 additional pupils (2 Form Entry) and associated works.
