Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - material alterations to the roof and elevations, attached to planning permission 20/02457/LA3 dated 18th March 2021 which granted full planning permission for: "New build extension and refurbishment to existing school incorporating a new single storey entrance pavilion, single storey SEN pod, sports hall & changing room and staff room extension. Including remodelling work to the existing building as well as associated landscaping works."

Remodelling of the existing six building terrace including erection of 3 storey rear extensions, and extensions at roof level to create an additional storey to provide 6no. additional residential units with retention of the existing house at no. 211 Hermit Rd. Various associated alterations including landscaping works and provision of cycle and refuse storage facilities at no. 191 - 211 Hermit Road.

Extensions at roof level to create an additional storey providing in total 7 new residential units, consisting of 1 x 3 bedroom unit, 3 x 2 bedroom units and 1 x 1 bedroom unit. Extensions at first floor level and internal remodelling of 2 existing flats on the first floor to provide a new 3 bedroom unit in lieu of a 2 bedroom unit and an increase in the size of an existing 1 bedroom unit, proposed 1 x 1 bedroom unit and 1 x studio to car park area. Retention of existing ground floor one bedroom unit and caretakers storage and maintenance area. Retention of basement and associated stairwell, new cycle parking, refuse storage area and soft landscaping.
