Proposed conversion of first floor level and construction of first floor rear extension, new second floor level and loft floor to provide 5 no. new residential flats comprising of 5 x 2 beds with balconies to the rear and front roof lights, proposed energy solar panels to roof, new access gate and external and internal alterations 34 - 36 Plashet Grove, E6.
