Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (Approved Drawings and Documents) minor design changes to the scheme and 8 (Materials) to amend the wording to satisfy the requirements, attached to planning permission 17/02285/FUL dated 3rd January 2018 which granted full planning permission for: 'Redevelopment of the site including the retention of the existing Cart & Horses Public House, demolition of the existing extension to the rear of the existing public house and the provision of 29 new residential dwellings within a part 3 / part 7 storey building, plus basement level, with associated residential amenity space, landscaping and cycle parking'
