Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - amend the proposed windows on the side and rear elevation, attached to planning permission 19/02812/FUL dated 11th December 2019, which granted planning permission for; "Demolition of existing building and construction of a new building of 4 storeys providing 9No. residential dwellings (2 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 5 x 3bedrooms) with associated landscaping works."

Section 73 application to vary Condition 27 (Glazing) to vary the wording to read as follows "Clear glazing is to be maintained to the shopfront of the London Road commercial building and back painted and obscure glass or adhesive window signs are not permitted unless otherwise approved in writing" attached to planning permission 17/00951/FUL dated 19th September 2018 which granted full planning permission for: 'Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the London Road site to provide buildings of 2-23 storey's providing 100 residential units and retail (A1/A3) and gym (D2), and redevelopment of the Valetta Grove site to provide a building of 6-15 storey's providing 82 residential units and a neighbourhood centre (use class D1) along with landscaping, car and cycle parking and associated works This application affects the setting of the following Listed Buildings: Willow Cottage (Grade II) & Coach and Horses public house (Grade II) The application affects the setting of the following Registered Parks and Gardens: West Ham Park (Grade II)
