Proposed construction of a single storey side and double storey rear extension for expansion of the existing residential units on the ground & first floor, loft conversion with rear dormer incorporating velux windows to the front roof slope for provision of a new dwelling on the second and third floors.

Alterations of the existing retail unit on the ground floor for the creation of 1no. self-contained flat with associated cycle & refuse storage, first floor side and dormer roof extension to provide additional area to the upper residential unit and modifications of the ground floor walls with the addition of two windows and entrance door on side elevation moved two metres towards the front of the building

Demolition of existing garage and erection of a two storey, two bedroom residential dwelling with green roof.

Proposed extension to ground to provide bins and bike stores for the residential units, first floor rear extension, two storey roof extension providing new second and third floor levels to accommodate two x one bed self-contained flats with rear terraces, refurbishment of the property, including the existing commercial unit and two studio flats.

Approval of details pursuant to Condition 4 a&b (Transportation Noise ), 6a (Sound Insulation (Roof Terraces) ) and 11 (Sound Insulation (Residential/Non-Residential Uses)) attached to Planning Consent 20/00692/FUL dated 09.06.2020.

Proposed conversion and extension to existing basement including lightwell to front, construction of ground and first floor rear extensions, loft conversion with rear dormer extension including front roof lights, to create in total 13 x residential flats comprising of: 12no. 1-bed flats and 1no. 2-bed flat together with the refurbishment of building, cycle storage and landscaping works.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - changes to the proposed exits to the external roof terraces, attached to planning permission 19/03373/FUL dated 21.07.2020 which granted planning permission for; "Construction of part 3-storey, part 2-storey and part single-storey new build development at site rear of 75 Barking Road, E16 to provide 4 residential dwellings; 1 x 3Bed and 3 x 2Bed, access and servicing strategies, including cycle parking spaces, refuse storage and biodiversity enhancements."
