Request for formal Scoping Opinion in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) for the redevelopment of an area of land known as 'Crown Wharf' in Canning Town to provide approximately 900 residential dwellings (Class C3) across seven blocks, approximately 2,300m2 of non-residential floorspace (Class E) with associated access, parking, landscaping and works to the public realm.
