Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) for amendments to the windows and additional of new windows at first and second floor level, door alteration at second floor level to a fixed glazing door, alteration to front main entrance door, entrance hall re-arranged, re-arrange second floor internal layout and relocation of cycle storage for the upper flat to the front garden in a brick structure with green roof - attached to planning permission 18/01941/FUL dated 12.09.2018 which granted permission for: "Erection of a new three storey building comprising 1x1-bed and 1x3-bed self contained residential unit"
