Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents) - to revert to the original intention which was to build along the face of the existing building, attached to planning permission 17/01540/FUL dated 21/09/2017 (as varied by 20/02275/VAR dated 19/01/2021), which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing three storey retail and residential building. Erection of new part three and part four storey residential building to provide five flats and two houses"

Demolition of the existing block of flats and construction of a new five storey building to provide 9 dwellings comprising of 1no. three-bedroom, 4no. two-bedroom and 4no. one-bedroom flats with associated cycle & refuse storage and a retail unit on the ground floor with storage room in the basement.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) attached to planning permission 17/04105/FUL dated 12th February 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing building and erection of new 6 storey building comprising retail floorspace at ground floor and 5 storeys of residential accommodation above (1 x 1 bed, 6 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed) (Application site is within the Stratford St.Johns Conservation Area and Affecting the setting of the Grade II Listed Church of St John the Evangelist and its Grade II Listed Railings)."
