This would include 46 business units internally and 10 business units in the containers and a cafe (Use Class E(b)) measuring approx. 10sqm to cater to the business units. Installation of a mezzanine floor of approx. 635sqm divided into individual business units with communal kitchenette and wc facilities. Associated works to principal and side elevation of building, forecourt and boundary treatments.

Proposal for a purpose built container to be used as a sensory area for children with Autism, to be located on the southern elevation of the premises adjacent to the boundary fence of the school.

Erection of a single storey rear and side extension at 99 & 101 Boundary Road, E13.

Increase the height of the existing boundary fence by 2.5m for a length of 100m along western boundary of the school using the same panel along the adjoining boundary fences, the proposed height to align with and match both ends of the adjoining boundary fences.
