Non-material amendment attached to planning permission 20/01864/FUL dated 1st June 2021, the proposed alterations relate to Building A include amendments to location of bin and cycle store, location and number of drive-up units, bollards re-located, amendments to doors and accesses, enlarged drive-up units, glazed curtain walling added, AOVs added and canopy amended.

Non-material amendment attached to planning permission 20/01864/FUL dated 1st June 2021, the proposed alterations relate to Building B include amendments to location of bin and cycle store, door types and locations, glazed door and curtain walling and panel heights.

Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 18/02594/FUL dated 20th June 2019 - Addition of smoke vents and railing at roof level, addition of roof lights and relocation of fire exit to northern elevation, alteration to windows to western elevation, additional cladding and additional fire exit to eastern elevation and installation of PV panels, alteration to roof line and re-orientation of fire escape staircase with escape walkway to southern elevation.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 19/03268/LA3 dated 04/02/2020 for alterations to the windows, plant equipment and rainwater pipes.

Non-material amendment attached to planning permission 21/00028/FUL dated 16.04.2021 - alterations to the elevations of the warehouse including the addition of a new canopy and side screens to the existing level access door, a new dispatch enclosure, new external louvres and new personnel doors.

Non-material amendment attached to planning permission 17/01847/OUT dated 16th August 2018 - namely for enhancements to the site wide energy strategy to bring it up to date with modern sustainability objectives and the resultant layout changes, an increase of 180.6 (GEA) in retail floorspace in N01C, introduction of a movement joint across the podium above S01A, layout and facade alterations to N01B, N01C, S01B and S01C, alterations to N01A penthouses, amendments to C01 steps and amendments to the wording of Condition 18 (External Surfaces) to change the trigger for approval of materials and mock up from before commencement of superstructure works to before commencement of facade works.
