Non Material amendment to Planning Permission 21/00233/HH dated 22nd March 2021 - Change material of the repositioned boundary treatment from brickwork to a 1.8m close boarded timber fence.

Non Material amendment to Planning Permission 22/01881/LA3 dated 28th November 2022 - To change the colour of the new fencing on the following boundaries to Green (RAL 6005) East Boundary, North Boundary and East Road.

Raise existing boundary fence to Stratford Road with matching powder coated metal fence to 3.0m high, replace existing palasade fence to East boundary with new Jackson's 358 powder coated (Anthracite) secure mesh fencing - 3.0m high, install new Jackson's 358 powder coated (Anthracite) secure mesh fencing to North boundary - 3.0m high. and retain existing fence posts replacing existing mesh panels to fence on East Road with Jackson's 358 powder coated (Anthracite) secure mesh fencing - 2.4m High.

Proposed demolition of existing cricket net facility and replacement with larger facility increasing the number of practice wickets to 5 nets and re-orientating them to run north-south. The facilities would consist of a 4m high metal weldmesh (ball guard) boundary fence similar to the existing (green in finish), with 4m high galvanised metal frame with netting attached inside this and surfacing of the facilities to be green carpet.
