Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - changes to the proposed exits to the external roof terraces, attached to planning permission 19/03373/FUL dated 21.07.2020 which granted planning permission for; "Construction of part 3-storey, part 2-storey and part single-storey new build development at site rear of 75 Barking Road, E16 to provide 4 residential dwellings; 1 x 3Bed and 3 x 2Bed, access and servicing strategies, including cycle parking spaces, refuse storage and biodiversity enhancements."

Section 73 application to vary conditions 10 (1:20 details) and 11 (Environmental Noise) - changing the wording, attached to planning permission 20/02264/FUL dated 18th November 2021 which granted full planning permission for: "The construction of a part 5, part 7 and part 9 storey mixed-use development comprising a circa 1,646sqm community use/health centre (use class E) and age restricted residential accommodation being 75 one and two bed apartments (use class C3), with associated parking (9 car parking spaces and cycle parking), public realm improvements and landscaping (This application affects the setting of Listed Buildings and East Ham Town Centre Conservation Area)"

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Development in Accordance with Approved Plans and Documents) - for revised amendments to the access road, attached to planning permission 18/00670/FUL dated 12th August 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Construction of a new access road off the Lower Lea Crossing and a rail storage yard for the DLR."
