Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (approved plans and documents), 7 (car parking spaces) and 8 (acoustic report) - all amendments relate to the provision of external plant to service the two units which will be fitted out by Virgin Media as a Data Centre., attached to planning permission 17/03755/FUL dated 14th June 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing small industrial building and re-development of overall site to create four terraced industrial units, having B1c, B2 & B8 uses with ancillary offices, car parking and service areas."
