Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - amend the proposed windows on the side and rear elevation, attached to planning permission 19/02812/FUL dated 11th December 2019, which granted planning permission for; "Demolition of existing building and construction of a new building of 4 storeys providing 9No. residential dwellings (2 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 5 x 3bedrooms) with associated landscaping works."

Section 73 application to vary conditions 10 (1:20 details) and 11 (Environmental Noise) - changing the wording, attached to planning permission 20/02264/FUL dated 18th November 2021 which granted full planning permission for: "The construction of a part 5, part 7 and part 9 storey mixed-use development comprising a circa 1,646sqm community use/health centre (use class E) and age restricted residential accommodation being 75 one and two bed apartments (use class C3), with associated parking (9 car parking spaces and cycle parking), public realm improvements and landscaping (This application affects the setting of Listed Buildings and East Ham Town Centre Conservation Area)"

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved plans and documents) timber rear boundary fence changed to masonry wall at same height, layout changes to the external plant space to accommodate mechanical and electrical requirements and enlargement of cycle store attached to planning permission 19/02978/LA3 dated 17th December 2019 which granted full planning permission for: 'Construction of a four-storey building to provide 8 affordable residential units (use class C3) consisting of a tenure of: - 8 units consisting of: 2 no. 1-bed flats and 6 no. 2-bed flats to be provided at 'London Affordable Rent'; and associated landscaping and boundary treatments and 16 cycle spaces' [AMENDED DESCRIPTION]

Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (approved plans) and 10 (Waste Management Plan) - relocation of refuse store from basement to ground level with associated internal and external alterations, attached to planning permission 17/03501/FUL dated 19th April 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing building and construction of four storey building with eight residential units (Class C3) comprising of (2 x 1 bed, 4 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed) with associated landscaping works, refuse and cycle storage."
