Part retrospective application for the demolition of the front bay window roof and the erection of a front canopy

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents), internal and external changes - see covering letter for full details, attached to planning permission 20/00717/FUL dated 29th June 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of side garage and construction of a new 3 bedroom dwelling house to the side of 51 Sheppard Street incorporating roof accommodation with a rear dormer and two velux roof windows to the front."

Demolition of existing sheds. Loft conversion with three velux windows to the rear, construction of an outbuilding and a ground floor rear extension with bifolding doors. (This application is affecting the setting of the Woodgrange Estate conservation area.)

Demolition of existing part one, part two storey rear extension and erection of a new 5 storey extension, with the change of use of the first floor to residential, to provide 8 new residential units (Use Class C3) with associated secure cycle parking and refuse storage facilities, together with the restoration and refurbishment of the host building, including the replacement of windows.

The demolition of the existing rear extension and the erection of a full width single storey rear extension, alterations to the rear windows at first floor level and the conversion of the loft into habitable space including the installation of three rear roof lights (This application site falls within Woodgrange Estate Conservation Area).

Demolition of two single-storey rear extensions. Erection of a single-storey rear extension with flat green roof and installation of new french doors to rear elevation. Repairs of the original garden wall and rear brickwork wall. Replacement of uPVC windows for traditional timber sash & case double glazed units. Replacement of existing roof slates and installation of three new skylights. Installation of an air source heat pump. (This application is affecting the setting of the Woodgrange Conservation Area).

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - amend the proposed windows on the side and rear elevation, attached to planning permission 19/02812/FUL dated 11th December 2019, which granted planning permission for; "Demolition of existing building and construction of a new building of 4 storeys providing 9No. residential dwellings (2 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 5 x 3bedrooms) with associated landscaping works."

Erection of ground floor rear and infill extensions following the demolition of existing ground floor rear extension. Erection of front elevation ground floor bay window, replacement of uPVC glazed windows with aluminium glazed windows.
