Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings and documents) - alterations to comply with Building Regulations and and Fire Safety Standards, attached to planning permission 20/00229/FUL dated 23rd April 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing 2 storey dwelling and construction of a 4 storey building compromising 8 residential units."

Part demolition part retention of the existing building and construction of ground and first floor extensions, second floor mansard roof extensions; external alterations including to doors, windows, shopfronts and signage; to comprise an expanded retail shop at ground level and 1 x 3b, 1x2b and 2x1b residential units above.

Demolition of existing first and second floor, retention of existing ground floor retail units, and proposed construction of four storeys above shops including mansard roof extension to provide 5 X 1 bed and 5 x 2 bed residential units. Creation of the basement for the retail units and refuse and cycle store on the ground floor. Proposed alterations to exterior elevations of the building including changes to shopfronts.
