Demolition of existing buildings and erection of part 2, part 3 storey building to create 9 No residential units (Class C3) comprising of 4 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 3 x 3 bedrooms flats with associated cycle storage, refuse storage and landscaped private amenity space.

Hybrid planning application comprising 1. Detailed Planning Application for Phase 1 with works to include: Erection of a new building to accommodate a fourform entry secondary school (Class F1), including associated multi-use games area, external play space, landscaping and ancillary works. 2. Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents) and 3 (materials) - alterations to the material and location of the doors and windows; external pipe work installation, attached to planning permission 16/00584/FUL dated 23rd May 2016 which granted full planning permission for: "Erection of 9 x self contained residential units comprising of 3 x 3 bed, 5 x 2 bed, 1 x 1 bed units including cycle and refuse storage on the ground floor."

Erection of 2 storey rear extension, rear dormer, increase in roof ridge of main property and alterations to shop front associated with the formation of 5 x residential units (2 x studios and 3 x 2 bed) including partial removal of ground floor commercial space.
