Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - proposed screened balconies to second floor flats, attached to planning permission 18/00959/FUL dated 31st July 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Proposed development at an unused land to the West of 37 Salmen Road to erect a four storey building for 7 new homes."
