Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 12 (live/work unit) - to permanantley retain ground/basement floor live/work unit as one unit only, attached to planning permission 05/00459/FUL dated 13/04/2007 (as varied by 14/00363/VARDWG dated 26/02/2015), which granted full planning permission for: 'Erection of a four storey block of 6No 1 bedroom flats, 1No 2 bedroom flats and 1no 1 bedroom live/work unit with associated parking and refuse storage'.

Section 73 application to vary conditions 10 (1:20 details) and 11 (Environmental Noise) - changing the wording, attached to planning permission 20/02264/FUL dated 18th November 2021 which granted full planning permission for: "The construction of a part 5, part 7 and part 9 storey mixed-use development comprising a circa 1,646sqm community use/health centre (use class E) and age restricted residential accommodation being 75 one and two bed apartments (use class C3), with associated parking (9 car parking spaces and cycle parking), public realm improvements and landscaping (This application affects the setting of Listed Buildings and East Ham Town Centre Conservation Area)"

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - proposed screened balconies to second floor flats, attached to planning permission 18/00959/FUL dated 31st July 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Proposed development at an unused land to the West of 37 Salmen Road to erect a four storey building for 7 new homes."
