Demolition of existing first and second floor, retention of existing ground floor retail units, and proposed construction of four storeys above shops including mansard roof extension to provide 5 X 1 bed and 5 x 2 bed residential units. Creation of the basement for the retail units and refuse and cycle store on the ground floor. Proposed alterations to exterior elevations of the building including changes to shopfronts.

Proposed single storey rear extension, hip to gable roof alteration, loft conversion with rear dormer and change of use of existing commercial unit on ground floor to merge with existing residential unit on upper floors to create a four bed dwellinghouse with internal and external alterations on all elevations.
