Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings and Documents) - elevational changes and relocate the substation externally from the building, attached to planning permission 16/00593/FUL dated 7th July 2017 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing building and structures; erection of a hotel (Use Class C1) over seven storeys plus plant level, comprising of 184 rooms, including front and back of house areas, associated food, drink and fitness facilities; car parking and servicing facilities and alterations to the public highway and landscaping". (This application affects the setting of a Listed Building)

Demolition of existing first and second floor, retention of existing ground floor retail units, and proposed construction of four storeys above shops including mansard roof extension to provide 5 X 1 bed and 5 x 2 bed residential units. Creation of the basement for the retail units and refuse and cycle store on the ground floor. Proposed alterations to exterior elevations of the building including changes to shopfronts.

Change of use of existing ground floor retail unit to create 1no. two bedroom residential unit with demolition works to the side of the property for the creation of a garden and alterations to the front and rear elevations.
