Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) attached to planning permission 22/01140/FUL dated 15th July 2022 which granted planning permission for; "Construction of a new end of terrace three storey, 4 bedroom residential dwelling at land adjoining 2 Young Road, E16 3RP, including proposed front porch and rear extension to the existing and proposed dwellings"

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - changes to the proposed exits to the external roof terraces, attached to planning permission 19/03373/FUL dated 21.07.2020 which granted planning permission for; "Construction of part 3-storey, part 2-storey and part single-storey new build development at site rear of 75 Barking Road, E16 to provide 4 residential dwellings; 1 x 3Bed and 3 x 2Bed, access and servicing strategies, including cycle parking spaces, refuse storage and biodiversity enhancements."
