The proposed non-material amendments to the application comprise: amendments to layout of residential units; and, relocation of cycle storage facilities.

Change of use of the first floor from an office into residential to provide 2x one-bedroom flats with associated storage rooms.

Change of use from an existing shop to a two bedroom, three person residential flat (Use Class C3) with amendments to the front and rear elevation and installation of a lightwell to the side.

Demolition of existing ground floor, single storey rear of building. Erection of single storey rear extension and change of use from residential dwelling (C3) to ground floor commercial (Use Class E).
