Extension and alterations to the existing single storey garage including single storey side extension and alterations to existing and addition of fenestration to facilitate conversion of the garage to habitable accommodation ancillary to the dwellinghouse to be used as a home office.

Conversion of existing side garage to enlarged ground floor kitchen. Removal of existing ground floor lean-to utility room. Refurbishment of rear garden. Replacement of all rear sash windows with new sash windows. Conversion of roof level loft to provide 1no. bedroom and en-suite. Insertion of 3no. conservation roof lights to the rear roof pitch and 1no. to the relocated east side first floor bathroom. Removal of the existing pebbledash cladding and make good the underlying brickwork to return the house to its original appearance.
