T1 - Oak - Reduce crown by 2m all over to previous pruning nodes as tree is encroaching onto adjacent buildings, reducing light into house and lifting tarmac on driveway. T2 - Field Maple - Fell as extremely close to and encroaching over garage. Outgrown its position and oak would benefit from its removal. T3 - Field Maple - Fell as extremely close to and encroaching over neighbouring buildings, and has outgrown its position.

Erect 1 No dwelling, create new access and 2 No parking spaces, part demolition/alterations to existing house including erection of a single storey extension, (demolish existing detached garage).
