Erect single storey extension with link to main dwelling (demolish existing stable building), to form additional living accommodation and car port; erect veranda (demolish existing porch); demolish flat roof structure, minor alteration to 2 No. existing openings. Variation of condition No 2 to planning permission 2/2018/0854/HOUSE to accomodate changes to the approved plans made during the construction process.
