T1 - Yew - Fell to ground level as approved extension will be 1m away from tree.

T1 - Elm (EXTG. ELM TREE on plan) - Fell due to higher branches encroaching on overhead power lines and roots penetrating main drain. Annual pruning of this tree is no longer an effective measure to prevent growth into power lines due to size and age. On two occasions the main drains have had to have root penetration removed to unblock. Roots also extend under front lawn, where it is planned to lay permeable pavers for additional parking and root intrusion will lift the driveway over time.
