On the South East facade erect single storey extension, remove existing dormer and provide new with flat roof and existing rooflight to provide smoke vent. Rebuild existing dormer windows, replace window and remove existing to provide French doors. Erect single storey extension (demolish existing). On the South West facade remove and replace existing flat roof dormer, remove existing flat roof to dormer window and replace with curved roof (retrospective).

Demolish existing laundry, summer house, part of existing extension to house and open sided barn. Erect single storey extension to link house to barn and convert barn to provide additional accommodation. Carry out internal and external alterations to house and barn. (Variation of Condition No. 7 of Listed Building Consent 2/2014/0126/PLNG to change the door on the South elevation to a window).

Discharge of Condition No 6 - Windows following grant of Planning Consent 2/2018/0986/HOUSE Erect 1 No. single storey, 1 No. two storey extension and landscaping proposals (demolish existing single storey extension).

Erect single storey rear extension and two storey side extension (demolish existing garage and outbuilding); install dormer window to create additional living accomodation in roof space.
