Erect single storey extension to link house to barn and convert barn to provide additional accommodation. Carry out internal and external alterations to house and barn. (Variation of Condition No. 7 of Listed Building Consent 2/2014/0126/PLNG to change the door on the South elevation to a window).

Replace 4 No. windows and carry out all internal and external alterations associated to this.

Remove back to back chimney breast and 2 No. fireplaces in rear wing and carry out associated internal alterations (regularisation of works).

Erect single storey rear extension. Remove first floor partition, create shower room to first floor and carry out associated internal and external alterations.

Non-material amendment to Planning Permission 2/2019/0140/FUL to remove the dormer, rooflights and window from the original proposal and not carry out any internal structural alterations.
