T3 Map A - Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) 6-7m Large limb failure and severe lean into lights. There is also evidence of public climbing. The client is asking permision to fell as its a health and safety hazzard. T44 Map B - Beech (Fagus sylvatica) 20m. Large included fork at 1.5m & large open cavity and rot evident in main stem at 4m. The client is asking permision to reduce height by 6m to 14m to reduce sail effect and tension in the inclusion of the trunk. Remove 4m from the large weight baring limb over public footpath and construction site. Sympathetic reshape of the remaining canopy. T10 Map C - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - 10m Decay and rot present from previous wounds - the client is asking permision to remove the dead limb and reshape remaining limb.

Trees T11-T5. Background to the works Roots excavation has now occurred and it is apparent that major structural roots will be lost to allow for construction. This will result in the need of mitigation pruning to aid stabilization. Tree pruning works schedule is attached as a separate file. Purple Beech (T766) - lift northern quarter of crown from 1m to 9m by removing 4 entire lowest limbs. Also laterally reduce upper northern crown from 10m spread to 6m spread, and remove major dead wood and abrading branches . Purple Beech (T780) - lift crown all round from 2m to 9m, including removal of entire major lowest limb extending to NE. Also remove major dead wood. Beech (T788) - lift eastern half of crown from 2m to 8m. Blue Atlas Cedar (T799) - dying, fell. Horse Chestnut (T854) - poor structural form and evidence of pseudomonas infection - fell. Elder (T853) - fell Works required to clear access and increase daylight access for new construction.
