Retrospective application for fencing to front and rear boundary and internal fence between house and boundary

Willow tree within grounds of Falcon Mews Part of G2: reduce canopy encroachment into 7 Marples Mews back to boundary fence. Reason: The Willow is nearly touching the house and is constantly dropping debris. The willow is starting to over power her garden and would like a little more natural light.

Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

Propose cutting back branches that touch my house and or overhanging my garden to help stop the 'resin' fallout making my footpaths, summer house, fence, roof ect very sticky - it is very messy and probably unhealthy it is also diseased - leaves fall out in spring and are 'crinkly'. Retrospective application to retain tree house in garden and boundary fence with associated works (amended description)

Partial demolition of existing coach house and conversion to provide one bed self-contained maisonette with first floor mezzanine with associated works, installation of juliet balcony to side, 2 metre high fencing and gate to front and creation of bin store

Proposal: T3 Sycamore 11m M Good Twin stem at c.5m, hosts small diameter deadwood in the canopy. The tree has been damaged in the storms. Reduce the whole tree to sound timber leaving no scars to 8m in height. T4 Sycamore 12m M Good Historic stem damage, overhangs garden, twin stemmed at c2m. Girdled roots, overhanging fence. Branches close to the fabric of the house, No. 1 Waxwing Way, old pruning wounds. Cut back lion tailed branches to boundary level Tip back overhang to boundary line, this will remove 10% of the side of the canopy encroaching the garden.

Sycamore tree: reduce canopy spread to 2m from side of house. Remove decaying north facing branch. Remove 3 east facing branches with diameter less than 10 cm - 11cm. Reduce canopy spread to 4 metres around tree. Lime tree: lift canopy to remove branches to stop encroaching fence line. Reduce spread to 3 metres from base of tree. Reason: General tree maintenance.

Demolish part of buildings to rear, alterations and erect rear single storey extension so as to retain public house at no.2 Caistor Road and for a change of use to form a convenience store at no.4 Caistor Road with canopied entrance to side including associated plant areas, service yards, car park, fencing and other associated works (Amended Plans received 5th January 2022 and Amended Description)
