The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

Mature Ash trees T1 and T2, previously pollarded over 10 years ago: side back to main trunk, limbs over and touching 307A roof up to 7m. Multi-stemmed Ash tree T3: branches encroaching over roof of 307A cut back to stem up to 7m. Ash T4 in neighbours garden: remove 3 bottom branches back to trunk approx 75mm dia to clear roof.

Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

Mature Horse Chestnut tree - next to 1 Robin Walk - canopy very close to roof and gutter of property. Suggest prune back canopy to allow 2m clearance of property.

Remove existing car port, erect single storey integral garage to side, convert existing integral garages to guest bedroom and gym, alterations to existing roof of workshop/storage shed to raise roof height and include flat roof to rear to include various internal and external alterations to include new tree planting following the removal of existing trees (Amended Plans Received 19/06/2023 showing replacement trees adjacent to the north east side boundary).

2 English Oak - laterally reduce southern section of crowns by 2m, reducing radius of crown from 4m to 2m, to prevent contact with neighbours roof and to reduce overhang above garden

1) Reduce to 4m height. 3) Eucalyptus: remove side branch overhanging garage roof 4) Elder: reduce to current hedge height (2m - 3m) 5) Hazel: remove one or two trunks and reduce to hedge height (2m - 3m) 6) Willow: pollard to hedge height, leave 12'' on limbs 7) Hazel: pollard to hedge height 8) smallish tree behind shrubbery needs reducing

Propose cutting back branches that touch my house and or overhanging my garden to help stop the 'resin' fallout making my footpaths, summer house, fence, roof ect very sticky - it is very messy and probably unhealthy it is also diseased - leaves fall out in spring and are 'crinkly'. Previous 2020 Application DM/0937/20/TPO.

Pine tree in lane to rear of property: remove lowest limb growing over brick outhouse. Reason: canopy hanging on roof of outhouse.

Sycamore: reduce lateral spread to southeast to 5.5m, from stem of tree. Reduce the lateral spread to the northeast by sympathetic pruning of small diameter laterals less than 2cm diameter. Cut to give 30cm of clearance around the lines removing branches less than 1cm diameter. Lift canopy to 5.2m. Remove deadwood. Reason: to reduce leverage on the unions and clear the roof line of the property.
