T1 Lime has extensive dead wood in the crown and is located directly above shed/greenhouse of 52 Chelmsford Avenue. T2 Ash has evidence of Hymen scyphus Fraxinus, with some limbs having already failed in the crown. Following the trees removal, tree replanting will be carried out in the next replanting season. Please kindly advise species for replanting.
