T1 Crab Apple: remove to allow columnar Yew to maintain shape T3 Himalayan Birch: crown reduction to 2m on side facing the bungalow (including removal of side branch) to increase sunlight on bungalow and garden T5 Beech: lift crown to a height of 2m allowing more light to reach the flower bed T6 Leylandii: lift crown to height of 2m and reduce the height of the tree to match the height of ridge of neighbour 19 Pelham Avenue and trim remaining sides to improve overall shape of tree T7 Italian Cypress: remove to prevent damage to gutter, wall and foundation of bungalow T8 Weeping birch, rear garden: remove to allow light into garden and onto summer house. Replace with brambly apple tree T9 Ash in neighbouring garden to rear: remove branches which overhang the summer house
