The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

T1 Oak: Fell, tree is causing excessive shade to both the property and neighbouring property. No structural survey has been undertaken at this point in time however, hairline cracks are visible on the brick work of the conservatory (please see attached pictures). The resident is willing to have a structural engineer provide a report should this be required. A replacement 6ft standard Oak tree would be planted on the same boundary in the rear garden, a suitable distance from both properties.

23 Sagefield Close, P1 Pine ; Fell Reason: with the removal of the adjacent storm damaged Sycamore, the Pine will be exposed, it already leans at 30 degrees towards the neighbours conservatory. 24 Sagefield Close T2 Sycamore; reduce to 8m manage as pollard Reason: tree has been badly damaged as result of adjacent Sycamore failing

Yew tree: reduce canopy spread to form sphere with 1.5m radius from base of tree. Reduce height to 4m, as per DM/0846/19/TPO Reason: as per existing management to allow more light into the garden and conservatory.

Erect single storey conservatory and car port to sides, raise height of garage roof, installation of gates with hardstanding and remove existing tree at front of property (amended plans)

Chestnut (T2)- Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Canopy spread is large and conkers dropping from the branches have caused damage to conservatory roof (photos attached). Also crack to garage floor which is believed to be from roots of trees. Sycamore (T1) - Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Overhanging drive.
