Demolish existing conservatory and detached garage, erect two storey rear extension, erect two storey front extension to include balcony at first floor, erect detached outbuilding in rear garden to create garage, gym and workshop, alterations to doors and windows, addition of render and timber cladding to external walls, create additional vehicular access to front to include new front boundary wall, pillars and gates and various associated works (Amended Description and Plans to show new front boundary details to include 1.8 metre high pillars and gates with walling)

Remove existing shop windows and door, install new windows and door with associated works

Erect single storey rear extension, install bay window at the front to ground and first floor, install dormers at second floor to front and rear, alterations to windows and doors and various associated works

Refurbishment of building to include making good parapets, refurbishment of windows and replace timber doors and roller shutters

Install bay window to front elevation
