Replace uPVC windows with timber sash windows on rear and side elevations, repairs to joinery, repairs and repointing to brickwork, re-roof house and garage, replace rainwater goods from uPVC to cast iron, remove paint from brickwork in various locations, replace garage door, install cast iron wall railings, entrance gates and cresting to bay windows, alterations to existing boundary wall and gate and various associated works

Yew tree front of property: Remove Reasons; 1. tree is leaning badly to left. 2. the tree roots are damaging the drives to both properties 3. the tree roots are causing damage around the existing manhole. 4. the berries from the tree are poisonous and pose a hazard to the grand children and family pets . 5. the berries are causing damage to the family car and visibility through the window screen. 6. the berries cause damage to the drive and pose a problem of being walked into the house. 6. There is standing water in the existing manhole which indicates that the out-vet level has lifted above the invert level. it is suspected that the roots have got under the existing drains causing the problem.

Change of use and alterations from a dwelling house to a 7 bed house in multiple occupation to include demolition of an existing single storey outbuilding, erect new two storey extension to rear, replace/enlarge dormer to front, form a new bay window to front elevation and erection of metal storage unit to rear

Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 3 (External Materials) as granted on DM/0311/20/FUL for revision to house type, garage driveway layout and access and amended window materials for Plot 2

Horse chestnut tree in our front garden and is the only tree, (amended work specification): 1) Over the garden - remove the four lowest branches growing over the corner of the property. Reducing the remaining canopy to create 2metre distance between the property and the canopy. 2) Road side - remove all suckering growth on stem of the tree. Lift canopy to 6metres removing the descending branches. 3) Reduce the remaining canopy over driveway to 4metres from base of the tree. Reason: we are unable to park cars on drive at the moment as the bird poo is damaging them and also the sap from the tree. It is also over hanging on the road. The tree is also over hanging and shading the house and branches are now touching sons bedroom window which is scaring him at night,

Change of use and alterations from existing guest house to create three apartments, new bay window to second floor front elevation. Reconfiguration of existing rear flat, parking and associated landscaping.
