Lime tree identified as 001 on drawing: Crown lift to 5m from the ground. Crown reduction 2.5m from property and in line with fence boundary. Removal of basal and trunk sucker, crown thinning by 15% and removal of deadwood. Reason: Improve natural daylight into bathroom window and garden.

Yew tree adjacent kitchen window and pond: Fell and replace. Reason: excessive shading to kitchen window and yew needles falling into pond and poisoning fish.

Tree marked on location plan: cut back side branches to 2m in length. Reason: block out light to side window.

Yew tree front of property: Remove Reasons; 1. tree is leaning badly to left. 2. the tree roots are damaging the drives to both properties 3. the tree roots are causing damage around the existing manhole. 4. the berries from the tree are poisonous and pose a hazard to the grand children and family pets . 5. the berries are causing damage to the family car and visibility through the window screen. 6. the berries cause damage to the drive and pose a problem of being walked into the house. 6. There is standing water in the existing manhole which indicates that the out-vet level has lifted above the invert level. it is suspected that the roots have got under the existing drains causing the problem.

Chestnut tree, on front boundary: reduce canopy spread to 3m from centre of the tree. Lift canopy to height of hedgerow. Remove lower branches in poor condition. Reason: manage canopy encroachment over dwelling and improve daylight access.

Horse Chestnut (T1), Re-pollard to existing pollard points due to proximity to neighbouring property and shading. Maple (T2), Crown lift to give 2m clearance of building roof due to branches interfering with roof. (G1) Privet hedgerow and Cherry trees fell due to proximity to building (under 1m) they shade roof and windows all day making outside of building damp and rooms cold

Horse chestnut tree in our front garden and is the only tree, (amended work specification): 1) Over the garden - remove the four lowest branches growing over the corner of the property. Reducing the remaining canopy to create 2metre distance between the property and the canopy. 2) Road side - remove all suckering growth on stem of the tree. Lift canopy to 6metres removing the descending branches. 3) Reduce the remaining canopy over driveway to 4metres from base of the tree. Reason: we are unable to park cars on drive at the moment as the bird poo is damaging them and also the sap from the tree. It is also over hanging on the road. The tree is also over hanging and shading the house and branches are now touching sons bedroom window which is scaring him at night,

Ash (T1) Reduce lateral spread back to 3m from Property 6 Green Acres and crown lift over drive to 7m to allow more light into property and reduce the amount of bird mess on house windows and footpath.
