G1, x5 Chestnut trees x1 Lime: pollard back to previous cut points. Reason: tree condition and shading

Twin stemmed Sycamore tree as shown in supporting photo: Fell Reason: One stem severely damaged the other now leans towards the church yard

Ash tree identified as T1 and yellow star on attached sketch plan. The Ash tree has a notable cavity which extends downwards from a previously removed branch on the South side (See Pic 2). There is a cavity (See Pic 3) at approximately 1m above ground level. The depth of this extends to approximately 50% of the stem diameter. Significant heartwood decay is also visible. The vast majority of the crown of the tree is located within the top 25% of the stem which in such an exposed location creates a significant sail effect. The immediately adjacent Ash tree has also recently failed having similar decay. This has also left this individual tree more exposed to the wind. Due to the now increased risk of this tree also failing and causing damage to outbuildings and/or fences the client wishes to remove the tree.

T1 Sycamore: crown lift to 8m all round. Thin canopy by 15%. Reason: excessive shading.

Stone Pine in rear garden - remove major secondary limb due to weak basal fork structure

T.51 -Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore): Tree has become largely overgrown to our garden, we have spoken with a tree surgen who says there are 4 main branches to remove which have become overgrown, two at the bottom, head height, 1 in the middle and 1 to the top, they said the tree will keep its natural shape, but will be tidied up a bit to make nicer and allow more light in.

Poplar tree: Fell will plant an Oak tree in its place Reason: The trees roots are badly damaging our concrete drive, apprehension over branches having fallen off tree.

T1 Maple (T12 of Order): Reduce height to 9.5m, reduce lateral spread to 3.5m from trunk. Lift Canopy to 3m. Tree is causing excessive shading to property.

Ash tree A1: cut back canopy encroachment to viable growth points. cut back to 1.5 metres off current boundary fence to Wisteria Drive. Removal of all deadwood. Ash Tree A2: cut back canopy encroachment to viable growth points. Cut back to 2 metres off current boundary fence. Reason: tree have not been maintained and large branches continue to fall off these trees.
