Ash tree A1: cut back canopy encroachment to viable growth points. cut back to 1.5 metres off current boundary fence to Wisteria Drive. Removal of all deadwood. Ash Tree A2: cut back canopy encroachment to viable growth points. Cut back to 2 metres off current boundary fence. Reason: tree have not been maintained and large branches continue to fall off these trees.

The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

Willow tree within grounds of Falcon Mews Part of G2: reduce canopy encroachment into 7 Marples Mews back to boundary fence. Reason: The Willow is nearly touching the house and is constantly dropping debris. The willow is starting to over power her garden and would like a little more natural light.

T1 Horse Chestnut - Fell. Tree in terminal decline. Major limb/stem failure. Bacterial bleeding canker (Pseudomonas syringae pv. aesculi) infection. Small/discoloured leaves. Canopy dieback. Replace with 1no. Castanea sativa (Sweet Chestnut). T2 & T4 (TPO G1) Sycamore - Fell. Dead due to sooty bark disease (Cryptostroma corticale). Replace with 2no. Carpinus betulus (Hornbeam). T9 Cherry (TPO G4) - Fell. Dead. Replace with 1no. Sorbus aria 'Lutescens' (Whitebeam). T10 & T11 (TPO G5) Silver Birch - Fell. Dead. Replace with 2no. Alnus cordata (Italian Alder). T15 (TPO G6) Scots Pine - Dead. Replace with 1no. Pinus nigra 'Austriaca' clear stem/Pinus nigra ssp. nigra (Austrian Pine). T20 Pine (TPO G1) - Reduce first 2no. major structural limbs (approx. dia. 35cm & 40cm) located south at approx.14m to 15m agl, extending and sweeping south east over 1b Abbott's Grange. Cut back first lower limb by approx. 2m to 3m back to viable, secondary growth points. Reduce limb above back to first large viable, secondary growth point, to leave approx. 2m spread south and south east from boundary fence over 1b Abbott's Grange (see annotated photo 'T20 Pine (TPO G1) annotated cut lines'). T21 Lime (TPO T7) - Remove target stubs and epicormic suckered growth to clean stem up to 7m, including removing 3no. lower branches (50mm dia) south east (incl. dead branches) and 3no. lower limbs north and north west to clean stem up to codominant stem fork union. (see photo T21 Lime (TPO T7). Reduce remaining lateral spread east, cutting back to viable secondary growth points to leave approx. 2m from base of tree. Clean out to remove deadwood and truncated branches.

Tree T2 as shown on the sketch plan. (Maple Tree). Two overhanging branches from the trees, as indicated in supporting photo (overhanging property boundary) to be removed and remove deadwood whilst there.

Cherry tree: Remove the tree and replace with a suitable variety, in approximately the similar location but one metre further away from our neighbour's boundary. Reason: damage to raised wall around the tree replace the paving the Cherry Tree has damaged.

G1 Hybrid Poplar Trees; Prune back to viable growth points in line with boundary of Stockwell.

T1 - Horse Chestnut - This tree is on the boundary of 126. Reduce lateral spread that overhangs driveway of 126 from 5m to 2m. T2 - Horse Chestnut - Canopy reduction - Reduce height from 16m to 10m, crown lift to 4m T3 - Horse Chestnut - Canopy reduction - Reduce height from 16m to 10m, crown lift to 4m T2 & T3 are blocking all natural light from property

Lime tree identified as 001 on drawing: Crown lift to 5m from the ground. Crown reduction 2.5m from property and in line with fence boundary. Removal of basal and trunk sucker, crown thinning by 15% and removal of deadwood. Reason: Improve natural daylight into bathroom window and garden.

Chestnut: remove limb as per photos. Reduction on a limb to within the boundary of 95 High Street, as per the supporting photos. Aim is to reduce weight plus leverage, taking it back to approx the last growth point.
