Rear Garden Ash on rear boundary - lift crown above lawn from 0m to 4m by removing 3 lowest limbs entirely Kanzan cherry on western boundary - in decline with half of crown already dead - fell and re-plant with rowan

Branches of the Ash tree are seriously overhanging the property and there are significant size branches which are falling into our rear garden causing concerns of danger to us & visiting family members, especially playing small grand children. These branches are over 0.5m up to 1m long, see attached photos to the email. There is also excessive shading caused by the size of the tree. Therefore we would like the tree reduced in height preferably to the height of other trees along the rear boundary area or if this is not possible then to have it pollarded to the natural branching point.

T1 Oak: Fell, tree is causing excessive shade to both the property and neighbouring property. No structural survey has been undertaken at this point in time however, hairline cracks are visible on the brick work of the conservatory (please see attached pictures). The resident is willing to have a structural engineer provide a report should this be required. A replacement 6ft standard Oak tree would be planted on the same boundary in the rear garden, a suitable distance from both properties.

T.1 ash tree at the rear along the boundary to be pollarded leaving it a height of 15m to regenerate. Reason: history of branch failure

T1 Cypress tree closest to rear boundary, Fell. tree is causing excessive shading to both neighbouring properties causing an ongoing dispute. Tree has been previously 'topped' and has also been previously approved for removal although, clearly, this work wasn't carried out. T2 Cypress tree, Fell part of group causing excessive shading T3 Cypress tree, Fell closest to garage, tree causing excessive shading to neighbouring property and has a number of broken limbs, as shown in pictures, from wind damage. T4 Alder tree, Reduce height from around 10 meters to 8 meters and the trees width from 7 meters to between 3.5 and 4 meters supressed by Cypress (T3) once trees are removed the alder will appear misshapen and one sided. To alleviate stress on the tree and susceptibility to possible wind damage due to its new exposure we wish to reduce the crown of the alder. to promote a flowing line and will be cut back to suitable secondary growth.

Group of 4 Field Maples adjacent to 22 The Cherries: canopy lift to 4.5m, reduce canopy from boundary to 2m. Reason: the trees are contacting the gable end.

Pine tree, adjacent access as marked on location plan: reduce canopy spread towards driveway and boundary with Cross Street to 4m from base of tree. Reason: i am concerned with the stability of the tree.

Mature Chestnut tree on boundary with grave yard: Fell Reason: poor structural condition

Sycamore tree on boundary with 33 Woodrow Park: Fell Reason: leaf litter,shading and bird mess.

Proposal: T3 Sycamore 11m M Good Twin stem at c.5m, hosts small diameter deadwood in the canopy. The tree has been damaged in the storms. Reduce the whole tree to sound timber leaving no scars to 8m in height. T4 Sycamore 12m M Good Historic stem damage, overhangs garden, twin stemmed at c2m. Girdled roots, overhanging fence. Branches close to the fabric of the house, No. 1 Waxwing Way, old pruning wounds. Cut back lion tailed branches to boundary level Tip back overhang to boundary line, this will remove 10% of the side of the canopy encroaching the garden.
