The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

Mature Horse Chestnut tree - next to 1 Robin Walk - canopy very close to roof and gutter of property. Suggest prune back canopy to allow 2m clearance of property.

2 English Oak - laterally reduce southern section of crowns by 2m, reducing radius of crown from 4m to 2m, to prevent contact with neighbours roof and to reduce overhang above garden

Propose cutting back branches that touch my house and or overhanging my garden to help stop the 'resin' fallout making my footpaths, summer house, fence, roof ect very sticky - it is very messy and probably unhealthy it is also diseased - leaves fall out in spring and are 'crinkly'. Pine tree in lane to rear of property: remove lowest limb growing over brick outhouse. Reason: canopy hanging on roof of outhouse.

Sycamore: reduce lateral spread to southeast to 5.5m, from stem of tree. Reduce the lateral spread to the northeast by sympathetic pruning of small diameter laterals less than 2cm diameter. Cut to give 30cm of clearance around the lines removing branches less than 1cm diameter. Lift canopy to 5.2m. Remove deadwood. Reason: to reduce leverage on the unions and clear the roof line of the property.

Crown lift to clear gutter height and reduce back any higher branches to reduce risk of future roof damage.
