Lime tree identified as 001 on drawing: Crown lift to 5m from the ground. Crown reduction 2.5m from property and in line with fence boundary. Removal of basal and trunk sucker, crown thinning by 15% and removal of deadwood. Reason: Improve natural daylight into bathroom window and garden.

T1 - Willow - reduce lower encroachment to the west (marked in red) by upto 2.5m to allow more light to the window marked in blue. Reduce lower encroachment to the east (marked in red) by upto 2.5m to mitigate littering on parked vehicles.

Oak T32 - reduce lowest limb extending over single storey roof from 12m to 6m, back to secondary branch. - reduce lowest limb in front of bedroom window from 12m to 10m, back to secondary branch. Works required for routine maintenance purposes.

Yew tree adjacent kitchen window and pond: Fell and replace. Reason: excessive shading to kitchen window and yew needles falling into pond and poisoning fish.

Yew tree front of property: Remove Reasons; 1. tree is leaning badly to left. 2. the tree roots are damaging the drives to both properties 3. the tree roots are causing damage around the existing manhole. 4. the berries from the tree are poisonous and pose a hazard to the grand children and family pets . 5. the berries are causing damage to the family car and visibility through the window screen. 6. the berries cause damage to the drive and pose a problem of being walked into the house. 6. There is standing water in the existing manhole which indicates that the out-vet level has lifted above the invert level. it is suspected that the roots have got under the existing drains causing the problem.

Cedar tree, situated on adjacent vacant plot; reduce canopy encroachment to a point 0.5m beyond fence line. lift canopy on property side to a point level with my upstairs window sill. Chestnut tree, on front boundary: reduce canopy spread to 3m from centre of the tree. Lift canopy to height of hedgerow. Remove lower branches in poor condition. Reason: manage canopy encroachment over dwelling and improve daylight access.

1. T1, T2, T4, T6, T7 and T10; Remove due to trunk being below minimum preservation diameter: 2. T9 Forked trunk tree; Remove due to proximity to property, excessive shade and foundation, pipework damage potential. 3. T8; Remove two lowest boughs to aid light penetration at ground floor window level of property. 4. T3, T5, T8, T11; Cut back boughs to 1.5 metres encroachment over property boundary and reduce height to 10 metres.

Ash (T1) Reduce lateral spread back to 3m from Property 6 Green Acres and crown lift over drive to 7m to allow more light into property and reduce the amount of bird mess on house windows and footpath.
